ConnectPoint is currently searching for multiple Technical Support Engineers.
Our client offers a progressive work environment where intelligence, experience, proactive efforts & team work are valued. This team fields inquiries from customers seeking solutions to technical issues. You must possess:
- Excellent customer service & technical troubleshooting skills
- Prior work history supporting networks, systems, or hands on with software/hardware on a daily basis
- Deep knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS
- A desire to learn
- Willingness to face new technical challenges with each trouble ticket you face & a determination to resolve the issue in a timely manner
- High dependability & strong work ethic
Your skill set should include a combination of the following:
- Solid experience with LAN/WAN protocols
- Understanding of network security
- Some knowledge of networking hardware
- A+, Security +, Network+, etc
You will not find a better work environment or company in Utah County. This is a full time, 40 hour per week opportunity.
