Our Salt Lake City client is actively looking to hire a bright, eager-to-learn individual that can work as a member of a small development group.  This person will modify and upgrade existing applications that are critical to the companies core business.  In addition this person will be expected to work in their SQL database doing standard maintenance, inquiries, etc.  This individual will likely be required to learn new technologies.  The company has a long history in Utah and is well known.

Requirements:

• Strong desire to program/develop business applications (specific language is not terribly important)  
• Working knowledge of SQL databases  
• Knack for learning new things quickly  
• Ability to develop new solutions to existing problems  
• A desire to take responsibility for internal systems  
• College degree or equivalent experience  

This is a permanent, full time position.  Target salary is $45-55k.  Benefits include health & dental insurance, 401k, paid time off, etc.
